A grandfather's war stories:
In the acknowledgments of the number 9 appear Gagarin more names of artists and also those of two friends who helped me in the beginning of the fanzine. One of them is Igor aka The Great Macarra, the other Sergi Alcalde.
The three studied political science together from 98 to 2002, I believe. The fact is that in late 2001 when Gagarin was born, I asked them to write something for the zine.
At that time half the world was obsessed with the whereabouts of Osama Bin Laden , a man of no longer talk much and seems to not care. The fact is that I proposed to Sergi to speak about the character because the two we looked like a freak mine from which it could get much juice.
One of the things we discussed was then the Casio sticking out of his camouflage military jacket in communications from the cave. We did so funny I did this drawing crappy crappy, why should we deny it.
Today, almost 10 years later, I read in El País the following news:
