Preston And Steve Soundbites
As part
'm illustrating a true story I read in the press a few months ago and will continue the path of 'Life on forests', the comic book about Thoreau I published in # 9 Gagarin.
The issue is complex and I had to read enough documentation, has taken many turns to find the approach that seemed more appropriate, now finally I began to draw me realize that, like I'm being hopelessly part.
Not that the treatment has to be journalism, not at all, but it is true that I picked up a story and I gave him the lap so that when you read may not seem much to reality.
Nor is it a problem. I think the worst is that I'm condescending because the protagonist reflects some aspects of myself that I would change.
Anyway. Anyway I'm happy, it will be fine.
Soon we will explain something concrete and hang some samples.

A grandfather's war stories:
In the acknowledgments of the number 9 appear Gagarin more names of artists and also those of two friends who helped me in the beginning of the fanzine. One of them is Igor aka The Great Macarra, the other Sergi Alcalde.
The three studied political science together from 98 to 2002, I believe. The fact is that in late 2001 when Gagarin was born, I asked them to write something for the zine.
At that time half the world was obsessed with the whereabouts of Osama Bin Laden , a man of no longer talk much and seems to not care. The fact is that I proposed to Sergi to speak about the character because the two we looked like a freak mine from which it could get much juice.
One of the things we discussed was then the Casio sticking out of his camouflage military jacket in communications from the cave. We did so funny I did this drawing crappy crappy, why should we deny it.
Today, almost 10 years later, I read in El País the following news:
A cheap Casio, the hallmark of Al Qaeda

Today, trying to find a way to start this post (is that I'm untrained, you know soooo careless this time), I remembered the post "Spell 'knot in the Language'" I wrote almost three years (" Whether this has lasted me the blog?) ... I've searched and I encontrao smiling in front of the screen ...
really happened to me that, I promise jajajajaja
How strong, just three years later, I can say I have passed (with rare exceptions) It is true that practice helps, and lately I have presented many opportunities to practice ... The fact have to tell that I'm from Spain and why I go, has made a difference. I am no longer prepared to hide anything from anyone ... and this has to be aware many people eager to know why someone makes a decision of this nature without a reason (economic) power (for them, for me there are thousands of equally powerful reasons), which is what else is making people move from country lately ...

one example: I signed up for some classes of English conversation, that was my last day (of this a couple of weeks) and in the absence of the teacher sent us to the 6 to another class with a teacher, where unsympathetic exist, which gave us more enter na few cuts as received (unwanted of course). Rottenmeier Ms. we would make a third degree one by one we had entered the 6, 7 or 8 more that were already in class when we arrived ... There does not escape the tato ... The conversation was going lifestyle ... that if you occupy, that if the Feng Shui, if minimalism, bla bla bla ... They each could be defended as the onslaught of bad milk this lady ... When you suddenly ask me ...
Ella: And you ... How you decorate your home?
Me: I have not decorated my partner did ...
Frankly, I was surprised with loads of prejudices that broke off his sentence later ... almost to his face twisted, only with thought sacrilege that I had been able to let a guy let me decorate my house with all the irony that he was able to put in her voice ... She

I find it ironic that right now that I've managed to untie the knot of the language I go to a country where homosexuality is decriminalized in 2008, just when I wrote that post, and where the social rejection is 80% of the population due to the influence of our "friend" the Catholic Church ... I will tie my tongue play again (just survival), at least until I feel this field, also because there is no law that will protect him ... But when you see a light rayico continue to the fight ... I will tell ...

I have no copies of my fanzine Gagarin, thank you very much to everyone for the interest , have flown in one month! You are great.
As I have some backlog in the coming months and will participate in some trade fairs that can carry material, I decided to take a second edition of 40 copies other.
This is the first time charge for the fanzine, before I simply give it away or exchange it, the truth is that selling copies by mail I've done well to cover a few expenses.
I do not know if stores carry it, the truth, s lways has exhausted me roll distribution : go through there, "the manager is not ', charging four dollars and purchase comics gastármelos in store. So far I
selling from this blog and remind you that you can read a dozen pages of fanzine flickr.
And I moved that my idea is take a couple of fanzines or three in the coming months , But not comic, rather several experiments. Attentive to their monitors. Testing

As I am a lover of the process and I hope you also ye climb the steps you took to make this poster with mixed media. I used
prints and gouache on a key role DIN A2 color .
It happened like this:
1. Printing photos on regular paper and quality. Drawing from the scene in pencil.
2. painting over the scene.
3. Painting photos separately.
4. Printing a negative score and paint for use as a background for the scene.
5. Paste paint faces and funds provided from back to front.
6. Painting elements of the scene as the stuck character.
7. final touches to the scene and mounted

Asked about his experience zinesters talks about the differences she sees between fanzines and blogs, a more or less recurring theme among those who appreciate the self-publishing.
What I find interesting about your response is that it assumes that the immediacy, the amateurism and the freshness of zines also offer it blogs, but that fanzines are testimony to a historical period. And not so much a 'witness of a scene,' but the experience that each person has to create it.

Flannel Sheets Wikipedia
first week and a half without her ...
a week and half ago that was ... Imagine the hassle of preparation , LF maletones veintekilescos where a lifetime can not be packed ... there and pa pa Carreras here ... sob ... sigh pseudo Farewells (Spain) ... blah blah, blah ... All this, and quite a bit more, I have been away from blogging ... and what you rondaré dark, because I thought I would have time to despair and I have not had for a while pa me all this time ...
The dogs are showing the pain of loss getting bad ... and I do not cope with drugs, care, cuddles ... Etc ... In addition to my short course, my exams, early mornings even more extreme, blah, blah, blah ... ... I do stress that before now were only 4 hands two and I pa drag, just 5 hours sleep and still not get stretched pa day reach all or joke ...
Still ... I miss ... The bed is too big (and no one pushes me in my sleep) ... still cold ... and now we have no choice but cuddly by Skype, when we match schedule, looking to Ta is rather complicated ... that's what I miss most: The
hugs ... I feel that going to be an ordeal, it is already happening in fact ... But we will come out ... Time flies and are just 4 or 5 months ...
keep you informed ...

How Long Does A Prenup Last
Golden Claws: Silent witness an injustice
After almost 3 years, back to work again with Oscar Campo, this time in this amazing documentary that tells the enigmatic story of the silent movie Oro ¨ ¨ Claws filmed in Colombia in 1927. One of the first films made in our country, and with a critical and anti-imperialist tells the story of the intervention of the United States government on the separation between Colombia and Panama in the early twentieth century
It is known that this was a movie persecuted precisely for its sense opponent. Very little is known about who's done and why they decide do so at a time when the nascent film industry in our country pointed to other issues, that's not counting the film was lost for over 80 years and reappeared in 1985, the year of Film Heritage in Colombia began its restoration.
A very exciting project for which I decided to work in a format ¨ ¨ free jazz tenor saxophone, soprano saxophone, guitar and electronic programming. Wrote four pieces of the score of this film and which one presented here. I hope you enjoy and will soon be able to see this documentary. Calypso

Letter Stating That We Are Breaking Our Lease
This is a short film written and directed by Diana Montenegro a young director who wowed me with his enormous talent, and this film is an example of this, no doubt waiting for a great career. Magnolia
tells the story of two elderly love (Rafael and Magnolia) who feels reborn after meeting them all those emotions they thought they had snatched age. No doubt a beautiful story for which, from music, decided to be quite cautious and measured in the use of instrumentation such as the creation of the main structure of the score. All this led us to consider use only the piano and violin as a conductor of music.
The violin was played by renowned Angelica Gamez, an integral and very mature artist. I always thought of it from the beginning to interpret the music for the warmth of their sound and feel very proud to have worked with her. No doubt we sound quite beautiful and the director was very happy with the result.
This is a very nice project that I am quite happy and satisfied. Here is a couple of pieces that I hope to hear and enjoy: Main Title

Valentinas I'm back with two, I hope you like them, and now will come many more, and Scheme'm very busy with work and exams, but as people ask me more and more valentines, I decided not to sleep and bring many more for you all!
